Every aspect of this transaction was professional. Floor mats, windshield coating, a never ending list of more stuff, upsale, but wait there’s more, high pressure sales etc…… there was NONE of this nonsense. I showed up to get the truck I was promised and the truck was exactly what is was supposed to be. It was easy with no pressure.

Great Experience

Great experience purchasing a truck from Alpine. I am from Seattle, WA area and Rob Nagle from Alpine worked very closely with me to ensure I had all the information I needed about the truck. He sent over Carfax, interior photos and videos he personally took from his cell phone. Even took it out for a test drive to look specific things I asked about. He took as much info as he could get about my trade-in so he could provide me with a bottom line. It was super efficient and Rob goes above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered before driving 6 hours out to Ponderay. From there it was just taking a test drive and filling out the paperwork which he had already had prepared prior to me arriving. Highly recommend both Rob and Alpine Motors for anyone looking for a quality deal. Side bonus was the beautiful drive up to Northern Idaho to the dealership and an even better drive back home in my new (used) truck I purchase from Alpine. Thanks!

Treated like a family members

My husband and I were treated like a family members by Chris and Rob. They were willing to do what ever I needed and answered all my questions. I was very intrigued by the warranty for life...guess what...its a real thing ?? I looked for a truck for over a month within a 500 mile radius. Had I known about Alpine Motors in the beginning it would have not only saved me countless hours of searching but also the regret of not having warranty protection.
